Advertisers face an increasingly complex and fragmented inventory and audience landscape. Coupled with the proliferation of devices and substantial amounts of data, media investment has become unwieldy and complex for brands.
Adobe Advertising, as part of Adobe's suite of Experience Cloud products, helps businesses create and manage advertising campaigns across media channels. It features a demand-side platform (DSP), a search advertising solution (SSC), and a creative management platform.
* The DSP helps customers centralize their purchasing and optimization of digital advertising inventory across various channels and publishers, from display and video to CTV.
* The Search, Social, and Commerce platform allows customers to plan, measure, and optimize bid strategies across paid search, social, and commerce apps using AI.
* Adobe Advertising Creative reduces timelines by making creative changes in a single tag and sequencing creatives in a decision tree model.
This Product Marketing Manager leads product and business strategy from a Product Marketing perspective. You will ensure what we are building and messaging drives pipeline, expands share of wallet in existing accounts, and grows new business to hit revenue targets. You will work closely with the rest of the Advertising PMM team to ensure product launches, messaging, and content address market problems and align to our positioning.
What You'll Do
* Collaborate with the product management and marketing campaign team to develop product positioning and messaging that resonate with our target buyer personas
* Work cross-functionally with product management, program management, product operations, engineering, business operations, and other key teams to support product launches
* Train team members on problems we solve for our buyers and users, develop sales plays, and build external collateral to enable customers how and when to use the product
* Support industry and competitive analysis to refine our market position
* Collaborate with marketing teams to translate strategy into execution tactics
* Contribute to buyer personas and map positioning and marketing needs accordingly
* Evangelize the Advertising products through thought leadership in the market, including public speaking and by-line articles, in partnership with marketing and communications
* Be a leader within the Product Marketing team
* Prioritize and build innovation with other solutions in the Experience Cloud
Experience
* Bachelor's Degree in Business/Economics/Communication/Math; MBA preferred
* 3+ years of experience in product management and/or marketing in AdTech or MarTech
* Proven excellence in writing and communication with an ability to simplify rather than complicate difficult or technical concepts
* Ability to focus on getting results while always keeping the strategy in mind. Both able to influence and willing to roll up sleeves to kickstart initiatives.
* Ability to build credibility with product teams sales teams and customers
* Record of showing longevity in initiatives over multiple years

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $141,200 -- $249,700 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.

The Product and Growth Marketing Manager acts as the business owner and CEO of the products, service experience lines and metros in their scope, to drive transformative, profitable growth in their portfolio as well as GFiber overall. This role is as much excellence in execution as it is thoughtful strategy, and is the essential linchpin for the healthy and holistic growth of GFiber.
To perform effectively in this role, the manager will work in close collaboration with cross functional leaders and partners, in particular Product Strategy, Legal, Market and Sales Channel leaders. As an interdependent agent of growth and change, the manager will need to communicate broadly across levels and drive outcomes through a cross-functional team including our channel partners, leading them from insights and strategy through execution and post initiative analytics of metrics and lessons learned.
In this role, you'll:
Be the chief story designer: Establish a compelling story outline (including differentiated, customer-centric positioning, talking points and claims) with punch to drive growth on new and existing products, service lines and metro areas; work collaboratively with writing team to produce compelling, legally-defensible customer facing messaging and assets
Develop, execute, and communicate comprehensive strategic marketing programs, multi-tactic go-to-market approaches and tailored action plans for each product, service experience line and metro opportunity, flexing the tactics and resources applied based on the level of opportunity for driving brand consideration and growth
Partner with Channel teams (Sales, Acquisition/Upgrade DM and EM, Digital Media, Offline Media, Customer Comms, Retail, Social, Market Ops and Transactional channels) to bring marketing plan to life consistently at every consumer touchpoint
Identify, follow and communicate as needed the tracking benchmarks and key performance indicators of products, service experience lines and metros in scope and propose initiatives for improving penetration, engagement, satisfaction and growth
Elicit input and present findings, recommendations and plans to broad range of diverse audiences, including field personnel and executive leadership
At a minimum we'd like you to have:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, consulting, or related field; or equivalent practical experience.
3 years experience in product marketing or similar strategic marketing role.
Experience in go-to-market planning, including product research, insight generation, and value proposition development.
Experience with project management, coordinating multiple simultaneous activities, building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
It's preferred if you have:
5 years experience in product marketing or similar strategic marketing role.
Experience working in telecommunications.
Experience working with fiber internet.
