Job Description:
Primary Responsibilities:
* Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture.
* Be a champion to support IIF efforts for working safely and building a culture of care and concern within the organization that reinforces the behavioral aspects of working and living safely.
* Maintain a relationship with safety to hold responsibility for personal safety, the safety of each person in the company, and the IIF performance of the entire workforce.

* As a leader, ensure that processes and procedures that support an IIF culture are maintained and reviewed for continuous improvement.
* Monitor and manage Quality related activities to contract quality requirements for multiple projects.
* Interact with client/owner, agencies, subcontractors, and internal staff on quality related matters including performance activities such as inspections, observations, program setup, program planning and program execution.
* Educate the owner and project team about quality requirements and monitoring during the project.
* Provide coaching and consultation on quality-related items.
* Review project plans and specifications for quality requirements.
* Verify that all internal and external project inspections and observations are in compliance to the contract documents by using project quality staff or performing a direct review.
* Review inspection, compliance testing and remediation.
* Participate in root cause analysis for complex issues.
* Ensure adequate corrective measures are implemented in cases of noncompliance.
* Oversee the development and implementation of project quality plans.
* Participate in the planning, development, and implementation of the Three Phase process on High-Risk Definable Features of Work.
* Ensure quality program initiatives are implemented at the project level.
* Ensure assigned project's quality inspections, observations, and testing are in conformance with contract documents, are properly documented, and utilize proper resources.
* Perform periodic assessments and notify the project management team of any deviations from the quality plan as well as any known quality issues.
* Provide support to project staff to help maintain consistency in proper submittal practices and ensure conformance to the contract documents.
* Support quality staff by coaching, counseling, and holding employees accountable.
* Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
* Provide training and mentoring to staff including current software programs. Specifically, in the use of Procore.
* Collaborate with project teams to assist in pre-bid and post bid requirements for project bidders.
* Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and sub-contractor documentation submittals.
* Coordinate site Quality activities with project site quality staff.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field and 6+ years of quality control and quality assurance experience over a wide range of project sizes and types.
* Formal QA/QC training and certification preferred. i. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Construction Quality Management (CQM-C) certification preferred.
* Formal building envelope commissioning training preferred. Understanding and utilization of the following industry standards. i. NIBS (National Institute of Building Sciences) Guideline 3-2013 Building Enclosure Commissioning Process. ii. ASTM E2813-12. Standard Practice for Building Enclosure Commissioning. iii. ASHRAE Guideline 0-2013. The Commissioning Process.
* Demonstrated understanding of construction codes, compliance, standards, and controls.
* Root causes analysis experience.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
* Ability to travel to project sites.
* Willingness to work in various (sometimes extreme) climate conditions.
* Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
* Experience in a complex business as an active participant in driving growth and change; demonstrated effectiveness in driving operations and executing plans.

The role of Laborer is to assist in moving and installing material for Carpenters, Operators, Masons, and other skilled trades in the daily process of construction. Responsibilities:

* Clean tools, equipment, materials, and work site on a daily basis.
* Assist with installing formwork and pouring concrete. Mix mortar and grout. Mop, brush, or spread compounds over surfaces for protection or to seal.
* Erect and dismantle scaffolding following company safety guidelines.
* Work at heights and climb form systems for pouring concrete while assisting Carpenters and other trades.
* Assist Carpenters, Operators, Masons, and other skilled labor as needed.
* Routinely construct and maintain temporary openings, protect construction finishes, daily interior and exterior cleaning, and debris removal.
* Inspect work-in-progress to ensure that it conforms to the specifications, construction schedules, and quality standards as outlined in AP's quality management programs.
* Assure that workmanship is of the highest quality.

Requirements:
* History of experience and proven results including:
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Completion of an apprenticeship program or equivalent training.
* Ability to properly lift, carry, push, rake, shovel, and move materials, supplies, tools, and ladders weighing up to 75 pounds on a frequent basis and occasionally more than 100 pounds throughout the day.
* Physical agility to stand, walk, climb ladders and/or formwork, kneel, crouch down, twist, and reach on a constant basis throughout the day.
* Experience using hand tools such as chippers and grinders and ability to measure correctly.
* Ability to travel to project sites up to 70+ miles away.
* Willingness to work in various (sometimes extreme) climate conditions.
* Demonstrated ability to proactively resolve construction issues.
* Strong communication skills (oral, written, and listening) including ability to follow directions and ask questions.

The Estimating and Procurement Coordinator is a critical support role within the Mountain Office Estimating team, responsible for managing comprehensive bid documentation, coordinating vendor and subcontractor outreach, and assisting with all facets of proposal preparation. Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Download and organize RFPs, Bid Documents, Addenda, and related materials; and notify estimating team of all updates.
* Manage and use Pipeline Software to solicit vendors and subcontractors, including updating solicitations and adding new vendors and subcontractors.
* Ensure all RFP, Bid Documents, and addenda are distributed to relevant subcontractors and suppliers
* Advertise bid opportunities and solicit participation from qualified subcontractors and suppliers.
* Contact Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), follow up contact as needed, maintain updated DBE logs, and ensure good faith efforts are properly documented.
* Support NDA processes for bids and proposals, including coordination and submission.
* Assist in completing Bid and Proposal forms and gathering required information.
* Contribute to Proposal development and formatting as needed.
* Assist with completion of pre-qualification forms for clients and agencies and submit as required.
* Assist with client, subcontractor and vendor NDA process as requested.
* Submit client documentation and correspondence as necessary.
* Assist in entering and updating bid data in Cosential (CRM), including bid results and client information.

* Maintain and update Outlook calendar for estimating activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Demonstrated proficiency in managing, organizing, and tracking a high volume of technical documents (RFPs, blueprints, addenda) using systems like Adobe Acrobat or Bluebeam Revu.
* Experience using CRM software (e.g., Cosential) or bid management platforms (e.g., Pipeline) for data entry, tracking, and reporting.

Position Summary
The Field Engineer is responsible for managing large and complex construction work at the project site to ensure operations run safely, smoothly, and effectively. Education and Experience Requirements:
8 years experience as lead superintendent on commercial interior, retail, building renovation projects
Expertise with managing projects up to $10M
Experience directing subcontractors and scheduling all work according to the requirements of the project schedule

Position Summary
Coordinate and direct the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Technology systems on a project from design coordination through completion and close out. Project scopes are generally less than $50 million for one system on a large, complex project.
Primary Responsibilities:

* Maintain a clean and organized job site. Ensure that tools and materials are stored properly. Keep job site, streets, and sidewalks clean and clear of construction debris.

Requirements:
* History of progressively more responsible leadership experience and proven results including:
* High school diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of directly related trades experience. Post-secondary coursework or bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
* Familiarity with construction management software such as Procore, MS Project, Excel, Sure Trak, and/or AutoCad.
* Solid understanding of building plans and specifications, shop drawings, and product data.
* Proven results in driving safety initiatives and compliance.
* Current or ability to become current with OSHA and company safety requirements.
* Ability to properly lift, carry, push, and move materials, supplies, tools, and ladders weighing up to 100 pounds on a routine basis throughout the day.
* Physical agility to climb ladders, kneel, crouch down, and reach on a repetitive basis throughout the day.
* Ability to travel to project sites and availability to accept long-term out-of-town assignments.
* Willingness to work in various (sometimes extreme) climate conditions.
* Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
* Ability to obtain a forklift certification and commercial driver's license preferred.
* Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards.
* Demonstrated high attention to detail.
* Experience in complex projects as an active participant in driving growth and change; demonstrated effectiveness in driving operations and executing plans.
* Developed skills (written, oral, and listening) in order to effectively communicate with diverse audiences.
* Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under time constraints.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build successful and lasting relationships.
