**ADP is hiring a Sales Learning Consultant - GES Field Sales** In this position you will be responsible for increasing ES Sales Associate Productivity through virtual and classroom delivery in the areas of ADP products and services, sales process, sales messaging, sales methodology, sales skills, sales tools and other specialized content. Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position is $120,000.00 to $140,000.00 annually. Responsibilities
Coordinate Risk Management Strategies with Client's multiple Business Units:

Prepare annual insurance and risk management budget.
Allocate budgeted costs among business units, as appropriate.
Review insurance wording in leases, loan documents, purchase orders, and other legal documents to evaluate appropriateness of wording and assure compliance.
Work with client business units and legal teams to review insurance requirements.
Develop and retain vital Client information concerning Risk Management programs.
Develop and maintain historical exposure information.
Perform insurance and risk management due diligence reviews for mergers/acquisitions with the current broker and M&A team as needed.

* Support the medical site(s) nurse practitioner(s) in the role of collaborative physician as stated in the Collaborative Physician-Nurse Practitioner Agreement when the main collaborative physician is not available.
* Supervise the clinical activity of the sites staff in the absence of the site Physician Manager.
* Administrative --Is solely responsible for the general day-to-day operation of the Health and Wellness Center when the Physician manager is not available.
* Oversee the patient work flow, supervise the site staff and collaborate with the NP(s) that require the physician's back up.
* Assure a smooth daily operation and provide the quality of care to meet the standards set up by the ADP Corporate Medical Department.
* Collaborate with the Medical Director, the Manager- Medical Administration, and the Physician Manager(s) to assure compliance with regulatory standards established by federal and state agencies (HIPAA,OSHA,etc) as well as with ADP policy and procedures (EMR training,etc).
* If necessary,acts as a liaison with the local HR and management in solving issues that interfere with patient care.
* Committee participation -Chair or serve as a member of one of the centralized, nonclinical function committees, and collaborate with other committee members in developing committee goals and activities based on direction from the Corporate Medical Department .
* Other duties as assigned by the Medical Director
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
* At least 5 years of experience in general internal medicine
* Medical degree from a fully accredited medical school
* Possess current valid unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state(s) of employment.
* Current unrestricted DEA certificate and state agency regulating controlled substances if applicable
* Board Certification in internal medicine, family medicine or occupational medicine a plus
* BLS for Healthcare Provider certified or working toward certification

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:
* Additional experience in occupational medicine and management desired.
* Working familiarity with the local medical community.
* Working experience with nurse practitioners and medical assistants a plus
