Mr Baggioli has over 23 years’ experience in the sector. Prior to joining ADS Securities he was Global Head of FX Prime Brokerage at BNP Paribas. Before BNPP he was at Deutsche Bank, as Head of FX Prime Brokerage Sales for Europe and Asia-Pacific. He has also held a number of senior institutional sales roles at Merrill Lynch and JP Morgan, where he acted as Head of Fixed Income Prime Brokerage EMEA. He also acted as COO of MonteTitoli SpA, the Italian Central Securities Depositary, which he lead through its privatisation from The Bank of Italy in 2000.

Roland Danielczyk is a Chief Compliance Officer at ADS SECURITIES LLC and Head Of Compliance at ADS SECURITIES LLC and is based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates. He has worked as Director - Regulatory Risk Management (Cross-Border International) at Coutts, Head Compliance Switzerland at SAXO Bank, and Senior Risk & Compliance Manager at Deutsche Bank AG. Roland attended Henley Business School / University of Reading between 2018 and 2019 and University Cologne between 1996 and 2001.

Theo Papathanasiou is an Advisor - Sales & Business development at GC EXCHANGE LIMITED, Portfolio Manager - Family office at Kimbera Holdings, and Chief Client Officer at ADS SECURITIES LLC and is based in London England Metropolitan Area. He has worked as Prime Brokerage - Sales Consultant at Maybank Kim Eng, VP Foreign Exchange Sales at Credit Suisse, and Head of Client Trading Services - UK at SAXO Bank. Theo attended Cass Business School between 1999 and 2001, Imperial College London between 1995 and 1999, and Athens College between 1982 and 1995.
