Provides paralegal support to company and retained attorneys on a diverse docket ranging from consumer complaints to complex litigation. The Senior Manager, SEC Reporting will support the preparation of ADT's external reporting requirements as mandated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), as well as some internal reporting. This role will assist in the preparation of the Company's periodic SEC filings, the GAAP statement of cash flows, and other recurring and ad-hoc reporting deliverables. The position will also contribute to government and census reporting, internal audit support, and various information requests from internal and external parties. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare periodic SEC filings, including Forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K (as well as other ad-hoc reports).
