The Implementation Specialist supports the customer life cycle for Harmony Academy partners, including partner engagement and training. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Influences and empowers students and graduates to find employment in their field of study and begin their healthcare careers.
Manages a population of graduates and assist them in job placement in the Allied Healthcare field.
Works with students and graduates to give them guidance on interview techniques, workplace expectations, resume best practices and more.
Develops and implements plans to achieve student and graduate employment goals.
Consistently meets or exceeds department metrics and quotas including talk time, interviews, hires and monthly goal of placed graduates.
Assist the Directors with advertising, recruiting extern and placement sites, marketing to the medical community, monitor of student's progress during externship.
The Career Advisor will be a positive representative of CHCP in the community.
Attend and participate in staff meetings and student orientation
Ensure compliance with all state, federal and accrediting rules and regulations
Build a positive relationship with students throughout the educational process to promote the services and availability of the career services department.
Education/Experience:
Associate degree or equivalent work experience
Willingness to work in a high-powered, dynamic, energetic and results-drive environment
Experience in employment staffing, career services, out-placement services or sales experience.

As an Academic and Finance Advisor at National University, you'll be a trusted partner and go-to resource for students throughout their academic journey, providing academic and financial assistance. You'll spend your day connecting with students through calls, emails, texts, and chats, answering questions, celebrating wins, and helping them overcome challenges that may impact their progress toward graduation. Requirements:
Education & Experience:

The DevOps Engineer is a critical hands-on role responsible for building, automating, and managing the university's modern data platform. They will partner directly with data scientists and engineers to create a scalable, reliable, and secure environment, enabling the rapid development and deployment of analytics and machine learning models.
The DevOps Engineer will own our CI/CD processes, primarily using GitHub Actions, and will be responsible for establishing and scaling our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices for Microsoft Fabric and the wider Azure ecosystem. They will ensure our platform is robust, cost-efficient, and optimized to support the university's data-driven mission.
Essential Functions:
Designs, builds, and maintains our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions for data engineering workloads, analytics, and machine learning model deployment.
Develops, deploys, and manages our Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate the provisioning and configuration of Azure and Microsoft Fabric resources (e.g., using Bicep, ARM Templates, or Terraform).
Administers, monitors, and optimizes our core data platforms, including Microsoft Fabric and Azure Synapse Analytics, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implements and manages comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions to ensure platform health, security, and cost-efficiency.
