The students are mostly very respectful. While they are not the caliber of most colleges, they work hard to succeed.

Poor leaders in some areas such as our financial aid department and maintenance/ facilities. Our security and safety leaders are not respected within our department and do not address what make our students scared. The new guys are more image facing and do not bring substance.

Medical benefits by far.

People are very nice to work with and the company really cares for your growth as a professional.
