Communicate with all camp departments regarding needs and schedules
Work effectively as a team member with all Camp Kern Staff
Learn and teach camp songs
Coordinate participants in dining hall set up
Proactively solves problems.
Maintains all pertinent equipment and supplies.
Follows appropriate safety guidelines.
Communicates to direct supervisor any concerns, needed repairs, or incidents that may need follow-up.
Communicates any suggestions to improve the facility and grounds.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or GED required. 4-Year college degree in Parks and Recreation, Education, Camp Management, or related field preferred.
