We are seeking a 1099 Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to support our growing telehealth team in a supervisory-only capacity. This role focuses exclusively on NP collaboration and supervision-no direct patient care is required.
As a supervising psychiatrist, you'll partner with our Nurse Practitioners to provide clinical guidance, case consultation, chart reviews/audits, and input on internal practice standards. Pay Range: $220,000 to $300,000 base salary Pay Type: Salary
Bonus Terms
: Our compensation package includes a base salary based on compensable factors. Additionally, clinicians are eligible for quarterly bonuses of up to $2,000 (up to $8,000 annually), awarded based on defined metrics related to clinical excellence and care model performance. Department: Psychiatry Supervisor: Medical Director Supervisees: None Employment Status: Full Time (40 hours a week) Minimum Hours: 40 Exemption Status: Exempt W-2 Work Schedule We collaborate with each provider to determine a mutually beneficial and sustainable schedule. Our focus is to develop a supportive schedule that meets both the needs of our patients and the providers' preferences. Your schedule will be determined with you before starting the role.
Our operating hours are M-F: 8 am to 8 pm and Saturday: 9 am to 5 pm, but we do allow a schedule to have a start as early as 7 am, and end as late as 9 pm M-F.
In-office day is based on availability if hybrid work is preferred
Include at least four(4)+ hours within your schedule, which should be after 5 pm on a weekday or have hours on the weekend.
On-call is not required, but checking and responding to emails on unscheduled days is required unless on PTO.
Having a consistent weekly schedule is necessary, but start and end times per day can be different each day of the week, as a set recurring schedule.
We appreciate the dedication and care our providers bring to their work and the patients they serve. Occasional flexibility may be needed to accommodate patient needs or support the growth of your caseload, such as scheduling initial consultations, managing urgent concerns, coordinating care with the broader team, and completing other responsibilities. About the Role
The Psychiatrist at InStride is responsible for providing high quality psychiatric treatment to our patients. The Psychiatrist is part of a multidisciplinary InStride team and also collaborates closely with families, primary care physicians, and outpatient prescribers to meet patients' needs. Job Summary
The study physician is a responsible member of the clinical team providing medical expertise and medical oversight for the entire clinical trial, from initial study design through final study close-out. Qualifications:
Experience in designing clinical trial plans, organizing clinical trials, and writing summary reports independently.
Knowledge about research administration, experience with investigator initiated trials.
Substantial knowledge and understanding of federal regulations affecting clinical trials and medical research is preferred.
Knowledge of and experience in experimental design, and basic understanding of statistics and statistical methods is required.

Responsibilities
Students gain firsthand clinical experience with medicine, surgery, husbandry, nutrition, quarantine, pathology and more. Students will assist the veterinary staff in case management, development and implementation of anesthetic protocols, and preparation and participation in diagnostic, medical and surgical procedures, and in post-mortem examination. Students will also attend weekly rounds/case discussions.
Hours: Minimum of 40 hours/week for 4 to 8 weeks.
Qualifications
This program is for 3rd and 4th year veterinary students enrolled in an AVMA-COE accredited program. NOTE: This program fills rapidly and interested students are encouraged to apply as early as possible, ideally during the first or second year.
Knowledge of exotic animals and their medicine.
Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing.
Ability to work Monday-Friday 7am-4pm.
Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures, including but not limited to required safety and biosecurity protocols.
Proof of negative tuberculosis screening prior to placement.
Ability to adhere to the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium's drug-free workplace policy.

Strong cold-calling experience.
