As a Commercial Specialist, you'll be a key player in AutoZone's commercial sales and service operations. You'll drive WOW! customer service, increase commercial sales, and ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery. This role combines customer service, sales support, and logistics coordination, with opportunities to lead and grow within the department. * Assist commercial customers with product selection and order management. * Maintain accurate billing records and ensure on-time deliveries. * Conduct account visits to build relationships and ensure service quality. * Generate new business through outbound calls and in-person outreach. * Follow cash handling procedures, including deposits and collections. * Document and inspect all deliveries for accuracy and condition. * Monitor and report on vehicle maintenance and safety. * Manage battery consignment inventory and perform weekly stock checks. * Handle returns and accident procedures according to company policy. * Lead the commercial department in the absence of the Commercial Sales Manager. * Promote a safe and compliant work environment for all team members.
