Pros of working at Advance Financial

If you got "knew the right person", the starting salary was ALWAYS better than someone coming in fresh off the street.

Cons of working at Advance Financial

All of the customer's data was housed on servers located in foreign countries. Lots of identity theft due to poor security and inside data compromises.

Advance Financial benefits

Because the owners are so rich and spend time between Puerto Rico (avoiding taxes) and studying useless German philosophy, they have lost their edge for talent management so it's easy to 'climb the ladder".

What do you like best about Advance Financial's CEO and the leadership team?

Joe Hagan is smart enough to grow the business. Fast-talker who creates alliances.

How would you improve Advance Financial's culture?

Once the business model moves beyond looking for legal loopholes to grow and just focuses on taking care of the customers, it will attract like-minded employees who will buy into the culture.

How did you prepare for the Advance Financial interview?

The recruiter called me and made an appointment for me to come in. Talked to 3 people.

How does your compensation at Advance Financial compare to the industry average?

It's lower than national averages for similar work experience and defined roles.

What's the diversity at Advance Financial like?

Two family members work there.
