Advance Healthcare specializes in the development of digital marketing campaigns that align with healthcare providers goals to acquire patients and increase referrals. We utilize an integrated mix of marketing solutions, including content marketing, digital media, search, video, email, social media marketing and more, designed to reach the consumer every step of the way. We are looking for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset that is excited to build their own business independently and as part of a healthcare marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience with a needs-based sales approach that exceeds customer expectations.
This position has an active account list, but a new business focus is imperative. An average day for you will include cross collaboration with account team members for current client success as well as prospecting, conducting meetings to gain new clients, and pitching strategic campaigns to healthcare executives. You will be expected to consistently build your sales funnel and work to close business at a high velocity.

Compensation for this position is comprised of a base salary plus incentive compensation. The base salary range is $40,000 to $50,000 per year. Additional incentives bring total potential compensation to $83,500 to $93,500.

**To be a good fit for the role of AccountExecutive, Advance Healthcare, you should have:**

U.S. News empowers everyone to thrive. The AccountExecutive will work as part of the U.S. News Health vertical, helping to drive the success of marketing solutions in the pharma and life sciences space.
This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, client relations, and marketing strategy, as well as exposure to working with product teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with an entrepreneurial attitude and able to work independently in a sales capacity, demonstrating initiative and ownership across the full sales cycle.

Are you up to the challenge?
Drive new business and deliver growth against defined revenue targets. Generate leads, exceed sales targets, and research the marketplace for continued sources of revenue.
Build and maintain client relationships through excellent service and attending external events/conferences. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow relationships and revenue.
Develop domain expertise in the pharma and life sciences industry, understanding how U.S. News's content, rankings, and marketing services align with client needs.
Collaborate cross-functionally to translate client feedback into product enhancements and communicate desired updates to product and technology teams.
