THE INS AND OUTS OF THIS ROLE
Schedule:
As a full-time Local HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician, your work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm, with a once-a-month on-call rotation from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
Responsibilities:
We're looking for a Local HVAC Service and Maintenance Technician who can go into our client's homes and businesses to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair their heating and air conditioning systems, as well as complete assigned preventative maintenance.

Summary/Objective:

QUALIFICATIONS
Leadership experience as a Foreman, Supervisor, or Superintendent working on light commercial/residential HVAC projects
In-depth knowledge of light commercial/residential HVAC systems
Able to interpret drawings and plans
Safety-minded with an understanding of OSHA safety regulations

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 or 5:00 pm with on-call rotation.
