Conduct Industrial Hygiene Monitoring of KY Plant employees routinely under the direction of the Kentucky Plant SHE Specialist.
Ensure all inspections of fire water, detection, alarm and extinguishing systems are completed for KY Plant.
Responds to on-site alarms, incidents, emergencies, and accidents as necessary.
Provides guidance to KY Plant regarding state and federal safety, emergency response and security standards and makes recommendations for program improvements. Monitors regulatory changes for potential impacts.
Participates in investigations of safety- and security-related incidents to provide feedback on root cause and necessary corrective actions.
Coordinate on-site equipment inspections, work area and behavioral inspections to audit both physical conditions and safe work practices to insure the highest SHE standards are being maintained throughout the plant.
Serve as Hazmat Technician, Incident Commander and first responder to emergencies as necessary.
Participate in Corporate and site SHE management system audits, report on findings, make recommendations for correction of issues and continuous improvement, and directly support the site's risk reduction efforts.
Participate in hazard review meetings, PHAs, and revalidations of existing (older) processes as necessary.
With Corporate guidance, ensure all fourteen (14) elements of the OSHA Process Safety Management standard and the additional requirements of EPA risk management plan rules are implemented, identify gaps in any of the elements and implement sustainable solutions to address them.
Participate in and ensure site management of change (MOC) and pre-start up safety review (PSSR) processes are completed as required.
Provide hands-on support for closure of audit and PHA findings by developing and implementing solutions related to SHE risk and compliance gaps.
Assist Kentucky Plant SHE Specialist in representing the Company in external occupational safety and health regulatory agency and insurance inspections.
Assist Kentucky Plant SHE Specialist with site security drills and make recommendations to improve security procedures, processes, and systems.
Participate in leading indicator reporting to actively identify Safety, Health and Environmental issues in all areas.
Lead safety projects, by working with contractors, obtaining quotes, and implementing projects and ensuring good communication during project implementation.

Acuren Inspection is currently recruiting for Phased Array Level II Technicians to support our operations in Kuttawa, KY. THIS WILL BE A CALLOUT/TRAVEL POSITION.
Successful candidates must be able to travel up to 90% of the work time (The environments will be Corn/Agricultural, Petro-Chem, Chemical, Pulp & Paper, Gas Plants, Refineries, Pipelines and Pharmaceuticals.)
Responsibilities
Conduct tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods (METHOD/S) of inspection
Establish techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations
Apply testing criteria in accordance with applicable specifications or standards and evaluate results
Identify, track, manage and mitigate risk on specific client engagements. Escalate these issues when necessary to ensure minimal impact to quality, budget, and timeline.
Review asset documentation and operational data; including inspection data, monitoring, and auditing associated NDE activities.
Complete integrity assessments including physical site walkdowns when required.
Prepare project reports including description of work done, conclusion and recommendations.
Perform specialized inspections
Must have experience developing techniques for approval by customer certifying agents.
May instruct and supervise others.
Other work duties as assigned.
Extensive knowledge of ASME and API requirements and procedures pertaining to the evaluation of applicable equipment for continued serviceability.
Knowledge of industry health and safety policies and procedures.
Capable of interfacing with customers regarding schedules and problem solving.
Ability to use applicable software and computer related equipment.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Some college preferred
Technical background in NDT (METHOD/S; UT, UTPA, PAUT, CR, DR, etc.) and procedures with five years experience.
Current NDT certifications in (METHOD/S; UT, UTPA, PAUT, CR, DR, etc.) required.
Supervisory experience is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections

This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work first hand in fabricating a variety of orthotics and prosthetic devices. You will work closely with the Clinician and patients to help adjust and repair the devices by fabricating orthoses and their components. This work environment will be away from the exam room, typically in a small workshop. Since this role is focusing heavily on the fabrication process, hand skills and familiarity with hand tools is necessary. The ideal candidate will have experience with band saws, drill presses, vacuum systems, heat guns, blades, speed routers, and other small hand tools.
Your Impact
Use appropriate hand tools to perform fabrication and repair of orthotic and/or prosthetic devices,
Perform ordering and receiving and other inventory tasks as assigned.
May fit and deliver prefabricated and off-the-shelf orthoses such as cervical orthoses, pressure gradient hose, and trusses.
Provide education to patients on the application, use, care, and expected outcome for DME products as indicated by the physician instructions and manufacturer recommendations
Contact vendors to order orthotic fabrication materials and maintain inventory of items used during fabrication process.
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
A valid driver's license and driving record within the standards outlined within Hanger's Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
Technical training school or 2 years experience preferred.

Responsibilities
+ Ensure Health and Safety is the number one goal by following policies, processes, and acting in a safe manner at all times.

+ Responsible for vehicle inspections, equipment inspections and Health & Safety inspections. Ensures proper use of equipment and immediately notifies supervisor of any mechanical failures or problems with equipment.
+ Adheres to and ensures constant compliance with Health & Safety Compliance and regulations.
+ The ability to wear and properly use a variety of Levels A, B, C & D personal protective Equipment (PPE) including respirators, skin, face, hand and foot protection in a multiple number of combinations.
+ May direct the work of the Environmental Technician I and II.
+ Assist in the field sampling activities and calibration of meters.
