Discovery & E-Discovery: Draft and respond to discovery requests, including interrogatories, requests for production of documents, and requests for admissions. Interview witnesses, meet with witnesses. Oversee e-discovery processes and document production.
Deposition & Trial Support: Coordinate and prepare exhibits for depositions and trial, assist in trial preparation, including exhibits, trial binders, witness scheduling, and managing trial logistics. Occasional travel to/from the Court to assist with trial team and trial logistics.
Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather information, and ensure the progress of cases is aligned with client goals.

Qualifications:
