Position Summary
Eton Solutions is seeking an IT Manager to lead and mature internal IT operations supporting employees across the U.S., India, and Singapore. This role will be based onsite at our U.S. headquarters in Raleigh, NC and will oversee the Internal IT team in RTP and in India.
Reporting to the VP, Head of Global IT Operations, the Global IT Manager will manage the company's internal infrastructure, endpoint devices, collaboration tools, and service support systems. This is a hands-on, player-manager role-the individual will lead the global Internal IT function while directly providing day-to-day IT support for the U.S. HQ office.
The ideal candidate is a technically skilled professional with a service-oriented mindset, capable of managing global operations while also rolling up their sleeves to troubleshoot, build processes, and improve user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Corporate IT Operations
Provide daily onsite IT support to HQ staff and executives (endpoints, networks, access).
Lead the global Internal IT team across U.S., India, and Singapore offices.
Oversee helpdesk operations, ensuring timely resolution of employee issues under SMO-defined ITSM workflows.
Manage hardware and software inventory, procurement, licensing, and lifecycle management.
Identity, Access & Collaboration Systems
Own corporate identity platforms including Azure AD, Microsoft 365, Intune, and enterprise collaboration tools.
Manage onboarding/offboarding workflows including account creation, laptop setup, permissions, MFA, and AD access provisioning.
Ensure identity and access controls are executed according to CISO-defined policies.
Collaborate with DevSecOps for role separation and shared-access workflows (e.g., dual controls, privileged access).
Infrastructure & Endpoint Management
Administer internal networks, Wi-Fi, VPN, conference room systems, and endpoint protection.
Ensure secure configurations, patching, and compliance.
Coordinate with vendors supporting office network infrastructure and onsite hardware.
Security & Compliance (Execution Role)
Enforce device encryption, endpoint compliance, secure configuration baselines, and access controls defined by the CISO.
Support SOC 2, ISO 2700, etc. evidence collection for corporate IT controls.
Maintain accurate logs and documentation for internal IT security events.
Leadership & Culture
Mentor global internal IT staff, driving accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.
Develop training materials, self-service guides, and user education to improve IT adoption.
Act as a bridge between HQ and India IT operations, ensuring unified processes and smooth cross-time-zone support.
Position Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent hands-on experience.
5+ years of experience in IT support or IT operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role.
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows administration, and Intune endpoint management.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and user access issues.
Experience supporting a distributed workforce across global time zones.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and teamwork.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience managing or mentoring offshore IT support teams.
Familiarity with ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, or equivalent).

Position Overview: San Francisco Bay University seeks Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to collaborate in redesigning and transforming 16-week face-to-face courses into high-quality, engaging, and pedagogically sound 8-week online courses. Subject Matter Experts must possess experience and course design expertise in one of the following areas: General Education (e.g. Storytelling, Leadership, Life Design, Global Communication, Neuroanatomy), or Computer Science (IT, IoT, Cybersecurity, Data Structures, Artificial Intelligence).
Teaching Excellence: Possess deep subject knowledge, pedagogical expertise, and the ability to engage online students with innovative strategies. Fulfilling Cleary University's Mission to “provide an intimate and inclusive, student-centered business education that instills the values of The Cleary Mind™ in our community”, the Systems Networking SME works closely with leadership, faculty, and instructional design personnel to design and create courses to be offered to our student populations, which are comprised of traditional students, student athletes, and returning adult students across a variety of instructional modalities.
The Systems Networking SME combines their formal education, professional knowledge, and real-world experience to guide content development in the course design process. Working closely with academic leadership, faculty, and instructional designers, the Systems Networking SME designs, creates, and selects one or more of the following program and course elements:
Course materials (e.g., textbooks, articles, videos, and online course curations).
Course assignments (e.g., discussion questions, presentations, applied analyses, and culminating projects).
With the course offered online, course materials and assignments must also be accessible to students and faculty online.
With the assistance of an instructional designer, the Systems Networking SME will ensure Cleary students explore appropriate content and apply their knowledge to meet course-level outcomes and create weekly learning objectives branched out from the main course objectives. The Systems Networking SME will consult with leadership, faculty, and instructional designers to ensure consistency of new development with existing Cleary programs and courses, along with key elements of Cleary's plan for the assessment of student learning.
The contract position can be remote or based in the Howell, MI, area. Applications will be reviewed immediately upon receipt and will continue to be accepted until the contract position is filled.
Expected Time Commitments and Potential Compensation
The Systems Networking SME will work directly with a Cleary instructional designer throughout the term of the contract project, including the following time commitments and potential compensation:
Participate in a weekly meeting with an instructional designer to discuss program and course development progress (ranging from 4 to 8 weeks per course, with each meeting of 30 to 60 minutes duration).
Research, develop, or revise course materials (ranging from 3 to 5 hours each week).
Participate in consultation with leadership and faculty (ranging 1 to 2 hours total).
Potential Compensation (depends on the SME contract specifics)
Design and develop content for a course ($600 to $800 per course, depending on course length in the instructional session)
An earned master's degree from an institutionally (i.e., regionally) accredited institution in computer science, information technology, or a closely-related discipline.
A minimum of five years of current and relevant professional experience in systems networking and systems security.
A minimum of one year teaching experience teaching undergraduate systems networking courses at the university/college level.

Health Sciences Subject Matter Expert

PURPOSE: The Health Sciences Subject Matter Expert is a temporary position that will lead the creation of the curriculum for the Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences. The SME will provide expert knowledge and guidance in understanding the needs of the health sciences industry and connecting this knowledge of industry to curriculum development. This position will serve as the lead authority in the health sciences professions related to workforce education and development needs.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Advises the Department Head, Dean and the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs on the workforce education and development needs in the health sciences.
* Develops and recommends academic program curriculum which aligns with industry, workforce, education and development needs.
* Drafts course curriculum requirements and develops or determines materials and support resources to meet academic program standards and best practices.
* Coordinates actions with appropriate faculty and staff in order to gain the appropriate buy-in and input on curriculum development and academic program design.
QUALIFICATIONS:
* A minimum of five years of experience within the health sciences professions.
* Three years of instructional experience at the college or university level.
* A minimum of a master's degree in a health sciences discipline (e.g., nursing, medicine, healthcare administration etc.).
