Robert Morris serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Advanced Decorative Systems (ADS Ltd.). Robert has excelled as a transformational leader in ever-increasing executive P&L and general management positions with 30 years of driving sales, profit and technology growth in public and privately held companies. Prior to joining ADS, Robert gained domestic and international experience at Lear Corporation, International Automotive Components (IAC), Auria Solutions and Aeroquip-Vickers. His experience includes: CEO, Sr. Vice President North America, Sr. Vice President Sales and Program Management, Vice President Operations and Vice President Engineering among other management and hands-on positions. Robert is known for his bold growth strategies that deliver value through a superior customer experience. His focus on developing inclusive teams aligned in core values, a quality first culture and skills to manage risk without fear of failure make that customer experience a reality.

Mr. Chargo joined the ADS Leadership Team in 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer. He has over 20 years’ experience as a C-level executive in Accounting, Finance, and Operations. His expertise extends to strategic and tactical financial planning, business development, operations, and P&L management.

Mr. Chargo graduated with a M.S.M. in Management & Operations from Walsh College of Accountancy, with a B.S. in Accounting from Oakland University.
