They are seeking a highly motivated and highly technical Associate Level Manufacturing Engineer to join their dynamic Depot, Repair & Overhaul Engineering team in Mesa, Arizona. Position Responsibilities: Create manufacturing plans/routings under Deport Repair & Overhaul (DRO) for the purposes of restoration of fielded hardware per approved manuals and repair documentation. This can include dis-assembly, part inspection (repair/re-use/replace), assembly, testing requirements, special process control, tooling procurement. Optimize operational efficiency through business proposals/presentations on continuous process improvements, cost savings, cost reduction initiatives, analysis reports and plans for business efficiencies. Daily usage of systems such as TeamCenter, SAP, Haystack, Microsoft office products and other industry tools for engineering duties. Work in a fast paced environment directly located within proximity of shop floor and daily interaction with personnel working on products. Develops and implements production and tooling methodologies. Participates on Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines.
