Qualifications You Must Have:
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (aerospace, industrial, mechanical, manufacturing) and 2 or more years' experience in a manufacturing operations environment; OR a Master's degree and 1 or more years experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
* Hold a current U.S government issued Secret Clearance or have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued Secret Clearance.
* U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
Qualifications We Prefer:
* Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
* CORE/Six Sigma Practitioner/professional certification
* Understanding of continuous improvement concepts: DFSS, Red-X, Lean, etc.
* Demonstrated technical proficiency in complex manufacturing activities (specifically DMG 5-axis mill/turn machines & CMM's)
* Able to use Minitab and other statistical software
* Proficiency in statistics, data analytics, DOE, and multivariate statistics
* Effective verbal & written communication

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
