Role Description
We're hiring a talented Low Voltage Estimator. This is a high-impact role in a growing division where your work directly influences our win rate, profitability, execution, and future growth.
You along with fellow estimators and engineers will own Division 27/28 estimating end-to-end - building competitive bids for new construction and renovations, working with sales to close deals, creating proposals for new and existing customers. Bluebeam is essential. Experience in access control/security systems is strongly preferred (this is an area we're actively strengthening).
What You'll Do
Own estimates from intake through submission: scope review, takeoffs, pricing, leveling, and final proposal.
Perform detailed takeoffs using Bluebeam Revu (drawings/specs, symbol sets, markups, quantities, revisions).
Support sales on customer pitches and bid reviews adding your professional and technical voice to theirs.

Track bid pipeline and follow-ups; assist with forecasting and award probability updates.
Stay current on technologies and best practices in low-voltage, with a focus on security/access control.
What We're Looking For (Must-Haves)
3+ years of experience in low-voltage integration projects, with 2+ years dedicated estimating experience (more is welcome).
