Key Responsibilities:

This role requires the flexibility to work all three shifts, as shift assignments will rotate based on operational needs. Shift times are: 1st Shift 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd Shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM, and 3rd Shift 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM. The schedule will generally be Monday through Friday initially, with the possibility of occasional weekend work in the future.
Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked beyond 40 per week. An off-shift premium applies for working non-standard shifts, and any hours worked on Sundays after reaching 40 hours will be paid at double time (2.0x).

Serve as the manufacturing engineering lead on new product launch teams.
