Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with engineering tools such as CAD, statistical analysis software, or process-mapping tools (preferred). Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience (Not Required): Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments. Exposure to automation, workflow redesign, or production system optimization. Job Description: Please note that the candidate must be flexible with shifts. This position should not exceed 40 hours a week, but some overtime may be needed occasionally. 10% travel may be required. 60% of the time is going to be 8 AM- 5 PM ET, 40% of the remaining time will be off regular hours for 2nd or 3rd shift, Monday-Friday (1st is from 6 AM to 2 PM, 2nd is from 2-10 PM, 3rd is from 10 PM - 6 AM). Our ideal candidate will have 2+ years of Pharmaceutical Packaging working experience. Knowledge of data analysis, CGMP documentation, and Packaging Equipment Validation. Must be motivated, and with some training, be able to work with minimum supervision in a GMP environment. Candidate must be a team player, process-driven and able to support process improvement. Candidate must be able to communicate well with different levels of the organization. Position involves support of senior staff in the initiation, design, and delivery of projects, particularly for Packaging Equipment commissioning, qualification, Characterization and Validation. Candidate will employ basic engineering skills and practices to gather user requirements and translate them into technical documentation for execution by third party firms. Assist with project definition by performing engineering studies and assessment for Packaging Systems installations. Perform field evaluations of existing systems and provide engineering design recommendations. Top Must Have Skill Sets: • Packaging Process Experience • Leadership • Flexibility and works in teams Day to Day Responsibilities: Support Packaging Equipment characterization activities and New packing Lines introduction to commercialization, Basic Qualifications: • Master degree OR • Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience OR • Associate degree and 6 years of experience OR • High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience Red Flags: No FDA regulated industries Knowledge.
