The clinic also receives therapy referrals for postoperative therapy, orthopedic/sports med conditions, neurological conditions and more. The physical therapist will work closely with referring community-based healthcare providers, Advanced Pain Care providers, and the neuromodulation team by communicating patient concerns and providing patient updates. The ability to work independently and manage your own caseload in a solo practice environment is fundamental. The physical therapist must also have strong communication skills to educate and motivate patients as well as to communicate regularly with the off-site Director of Therapy regarding patient care and clinic operations.
