The Recovery Village Indianapolis (RVI) is an addiction treatment center with a continuum of care for anyone struggling with substance use disorders. 71 total beds: 10 beds for Detox, 46 beds for Residential, and 15 beds for Mental Health.

Responsibilities
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the observation and monitoring of patients in treatment and reporting duties as indicated and contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of patient activities. Assists in maintaining a safe and secure environment
Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:
Core Job Duties:
Communicate and enforce facility program rules and ensure compliance in a firm but fair and professional manner.
Communicate patient behavior with immediate supervisor and clinical team as appropriate.
Address problem behaviors as needed through verbal de-escalation techniques.
Adhere to time schedules
Maintain healthy and professional boundaries with patients and staff
Ensure that documentation is timely, consistent, clear, accurate and legible.
Keep clinical records secure at all times.
Schedule: 3 / 12 hour shifts & every other weekend

Qualifications
Associate degree in a health-related field required and minimum one (1) year experience in BHT or similar patient care role preferred.
In lieu of Associate degree, minimum two (2) years' experience in BHT or similar patient care role required.
Alternatively, successful completion of the ARS training through the BHT I.
Adult Facilities: Prefer experience working with adults.
Children and Adolescent Facilities: Prefer experience working with children and adolescents
Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards
Agency Affiliation Counselor license as required by State (e.g. Washington)
Medication Technician/QMAP Certification, Certified Behavioral Health Technician (CBHT), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical (MA) preferred or as per state requirement.
CPR and Standard First Aid certification.

Project Overview
This long-term assignment provides full-time, on-site safety oversight for the excavation and filling of a power plant ash pond closure project. The Site Safety Manager will support all phases of pond closure activities, ensuring strict compliance with site-specific Health and Safety Plans, IDEM and EPA CCR regulations, and applicable OSHA standards.
Scope of Work

Key Responsibilities
Provide full-time on-site safety oversight throughout pond closure operations

Oversee slope stability, water management, and stormwater BMPs
Identify and control hazards related to coal ash and ash-impacted materials
Conduct daily safety inspections, Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), and toolbox talks
Support incident prevention, documentation, and reporting efforts
Coordinate closely with contractor and owner safety teams
Track corrective actions and support regulatory readiness
Participate in safety meetings and ensure compliance throughout all construction phases
Qualifications

The Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides medical services/ mental health services to patients admitted to ARS facilities and throughout treatment within the continuum of care. The Family and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner supports and follows the policies, rules, and regulations of the facility as well as the standards of State and Federal regulations.
Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:
JOB DUTIES:
Provides excellent medical care with the ARS philosophy outlined by the Chief Medical Officer and Medical Director. This includes the ability to establish rapport, systematically gather data, determine the readiness of an individual for treatment and change and apply accepted criteria for diagnosis of substance use disorders.
Screen for co-occurring Primary Mental Health issues.
Screen for Substance Use Disorders (SUD) including psychoactive substance toxicity, intoxication, and withdrawal symptoms.
Must have knowledge of medications, assessment for medication complications, detoxification protocols and prescribing medications in general
Screen for danger to self or others with an evidenced based assessment tool-the Columbia Suicide Screening Rating Scale (CSSRS) and the Patient Health Questionnaire-9 (PHQ-9). Analyze and interpret data to determine treatment recommendations and priorities.
Screen for nutrition deficiencies and make interventions or refer for a nutrition consultation as appropriate.
Screen for pain and understands treatment strategies for pain including pharmacologic and nonpharmacologic approaches. Strategies should reflect an individualized approach based on the individual's current presentation, medical judgment and the risks and benefits associated with strategies, including potential risk of dependency, addiction, and abuse.
Demonstrates proficiency using the electronic health record with all required documentation. ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures, state regulation, Joint Commission standards. These records will be completed and authenticated in a timely manner per policy. This includes but is not limited to the following electronic record documents:
A.Psychiatric Evaluation
B.Physical Examinations
C.Medical Progress Notes
D.Medical Discharge Summaries
E.Medication and ancillary orders
F.Allergies
G.Diagnosis and updating diagnosis

I.HIV results positive or negative must be reviewed and documented in the medical record. STD positive results must be communicated to nursing so they can report to the State Health dept as applicable and reviewed with patient to consider treatment options.
Understands ASAM criteria and Medical Needs Criteria provided and will document decision making and treatment planning accordingly.
Understands the On-Call responsibilities: will provide contact and back-up numbers, being responsive and available when assigned on-call duties. Must be within one hour of facility when on-call.
Other required tasks with the Medical Director:
Develops cost-effective methods to provide medically necessary therapeutic services.
Assists in formulating and supporting the highest standards of patient care.
Review all level of care changes and provides peer reviews when required.
Provides support to Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants and students as required.
Understands and abides by all safety/risk, infection control and other guidelines as required.
If Non-Exempt, clocks into ADP at the designated time frames.
Performs other tasks and duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Graduated from an accredited Nursing Master's Program with a Family Nurse Practitioner or higher and a Psychiatric Nurse practice degree.

Depending on the state practicing, may need a protocol agreement to be completed by the NP and Medical Director.
Licensed Nurse with Master's Degree or higher to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (Psych NP) in the appropriate state, as applicable, required.
Must have a DEA to prescribe controlled medications and have had training on Buprenorphine Prescribing as outlined by the DEA in the state(s) working.
DEA-authorized prescribers will be required to demonstrate that they have completed at least eight (8) hours of educational training on the treatment and management of patients with opioid or other substance use disorders.
Depending on the state practicing, may need a protocol agreement to be completed by the NP and Medical Director. Depending on the state, the DEA may not be able to be obtained until the protocol has been approved by the local nursing board. This is the only exception to not having a DEA at hire.

The Assistant Director of Nursing (RN) performs a wide variety of job duties during their shifts, caring for and educating patients about their medical and psychiatric conditions; establishing trust and building rapport with patients and their families are key elements of this position, and assists the Director of Nursing in the day-to-day management of the Nursing Department. Qualifications
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, licensed as a Registered Nurse as indicated in State law, higher education preferred
