Plumbing license or refrigeration experience. EXPERIENCE: Required: Two or more years of facilities and plant operations education and experience. Six months or more of electrical, electronic, plumbing, and/or refrigeration work experience required or a combination of education and similar relevant experience. Must be able to interpret blueprint drawings, diagrams, and schematics. PC computer experience. Preferred: One or more years of hospital maintenance experience is preferred. Two years of experience operating boilers of 100 psi or above and chiller plants preferred. Military Facilities/Engineering Plant-related training and experience highly preferred. Electrical license considered a plus. Experience with power generation equipment, preferably emergency diesel gen sets and emergency electrical feeders. Medical Gas certification preferred.
