Responsibilities The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for the observation and monitoring of patients in treatment and reporting duties as indicated and contributes to the welfare of the organization and assists patients in a variety of patient activities. Responsibilities The Site CEO holds full responsibility and accountability for the operations of their assigned facility or facilities. The Site CEO will be the key decision-maker for all financial matters, including expense approvals, and will be supported by corporate functions for HR, IT, Finance, and Marketing. Provide on going training to ensure your entire team is able to effectively manage premature discharges. 8. Ensure all state, joint commission, ASAM (if applicable) and insurance provider regulations are followed. 9. Ensure company policies and procedures are implemented and followed by all staff. 10.
