In this job you will work on a variety of process production equipment along with process systems controlled by programmable logic controllers used in our manufacturing facility. This work includes the troubleshooting, repair, adjustment and other maintenance tasks related to the support of a wide variety production, process and production support equipment accessories and chemical distribution systems. You will perform maintenance tasks utilizing equipment manuals, assembly drawings, and electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics. Prior experience is required in performing equipment rebuilds and major repair work. You will also perform preventive maintenance tasks and develop preventive maintenance programs. You will be expected to interact professionally with all members of the team as well as all customers following all documented departmental procedures. You will also be expected to mentor and technically lead team members. Must be willing to work shifts or hours other than his or her regularly assigned shift, including scheduled or emergency overtime.
