The Digital Services Specialist will work with the Digital Services Director in assuring that all digital service touchpoints meet stakeholder expectations. What You'll Do: Provide support for services such as Member Management Console, Online Banking, Mobile App, Online Membership Application, Zelle, Member to Member Transfers, Bill Payer, Payments, Transfers, Chat, Video Chat, SMS Text Delivery, Mobile Wallets, Remote Deposit, and Lending Portal on a daily basis. This includes handling member questions and feedback professionally, and researching member accounts. This includes answering calls and responding to CRM cases. Assist with testing, QA, and implementation of digital projects. Builds and follows test plans. Conduct bug tracking and case management via Jira and collaborates with developers on these items. Manage Zelle token change requests, works error resolution cases and submits support tickets to third party vendor when needed. Aid in development, facilitation and maintenance of internal and external training materials on the Credit Union's digital services and products. Troubleshoot, set up, train, and maintain the Credit Union's texting platform. Analyze, evaluate, communicate, and monitor changes needed to maintain systems and/or processes. Collaborate with the Member Experience department to solve member issues and evaluate feedback. Adhere to Advancial branding standards and has strong writing ability with attention to detail. Certify compliance with federal and state regulations. Ensure harmonious and positive relationships with the branches, internal departments, external partners and membership consistent with the Credit Union's mission and philosophy. Requirements Responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of computer equipment and software required including Microsoft Word, OneNote, Excel, etc. Familiarity with the following systems is a plus: Jira/Atlassian, TestFlight, Twilio/SendGrid, CRM case management, HTML Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) plus one year of relevant experience This position is hybrid at 10000 North Central Expressway, Suite 1400, Dallas, Texas 75231. Performs loan payoffs, post Chapter 13 items as well as GAP and Warranty items. Also follows detailed and standardized procedures in performing transactions for members mailed in check deposits and loan payments. Complete all requests within deadlines provided. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for: Processing and sorting all incoming mail for the credit union; which includes preparing a daily courier run to the Remote Operations Center for all departments housed there. Management of the weekly Home Equity Status report, including the processing of Home Equity release of liens within timeline established to comply with compliance regulations. Also, taking care of our record inventory stored off site with outside vendor. Serve as a back-up point of contact to pull or return record inventory from off-site storage. Communication with Account Services after insurance payments are applied and a balance still remains to ensure cancellation of elective products such as GAP and Warranty. Processing dealers, insurances and member mail-in payoffs and Verification of Deposits (VOD) in a timely manner. Manage balancing Remit Plus on a daily basis and working with the Accounting department to clear any outages. Applying all insurance cancellations, TT&L refunds and other refunds from dealers or insurance companies to member loans accordingly. Managing member requests via PRISM, SRMS, call or email. Requests include, but are not limited to: payoff quotes, paid in full letters, verification of deposits and statements of fact. Taking care of mailed payment/deposit processing and balancing including member mail-in/express delivery deposits, loan payments and other account posting functions daily. Providing backup assistance to Retail Operations with Skip-a-payments. Canning indirect lending packets and home equity packets for processing; including database maintenance and tracking of original documents to be housed in the off-site file room. Assisting with all other Processing Management duties to provide backup when needed. Processing dealers, insurances and member mail-in payoffs and Verification of Deposits (VOD) in a timely manner. Manage balancing Remit Plus on a daily basis and working with the Accounting department to clear any outages. Applying all insurance cancellations, TT&L refunds and other refunds from dealers or insurance companies to member loans accordingly. Managing member requests via PRISM, SRMS, call or email. Requests include, but are not limited to: payoff quotes, paid in full letters, verification of deposits and statements of fact. Taking care of mailed payment/deposit processing and balancing including member mail-in/express delivery deposits, loan payments and other account posting functions daily. Providing backup assistance to Retail Operations with Skip-a-payments. Canning indirect lending packets and home equity packets for processing; including database maintenance and tracking of original documents to be housed in the off-site file room. Assisting with all other Processing Management duties to provide backup when needed.
