This position oversees warehouse management, material handling, and master scheduling to support production continuity, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in supply chain operations within a continuous manufacturing environment and excels at cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Management Lead all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and outbound logistics for hazardous and non-hazardous materials. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory requirements related to chemical storage and handling. Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse layout, labeling, and segregation of materials to support safety and efficiency. Material Handling Oversee the safe and efficient movement of raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods across the site. Collaborate with HSE and engineering teams to ensure proper handling of flammable, corrosive, and reactive substances. Optimize material flow to minimize waste, reduce handling time, and support lean manufacturing principles. Master Scheduling Develop and maintain the site's master production schedule in alignment with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production capacity. Coordinate closely with production, procurement, and quality teams to ensure schedule adherence and timely delivery of customer orders. Monitor and adjust schedules based on changes in demand, supply disruptions, or equipment availability. Leadership & Collaboration Lead and develop a high-performing planning and logistics team. Serve as the primary liaison between site operations and corporate supply chain functions. Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve planning accuracy, reduce lead times, and enhance service levels. Continuous Improvement Identify and implement process improvements using lean, Six Sigma, or other methodologies. Leverage data analytics and ERP/WMS systems to drive decision-making and performance tracking. Support digital transformation initiatives related to supply chain planning and logistics. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemical Engineering, Operations, or related field (Master's preferred). 7+ years of experience in supply chain or operations roles within chemical or process manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for chemical storage, handling, and transportation. Proficiency in ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MRP) and warehouse management systems. APICS, Six Sigma, or PMP certification is a plus.     Job Responsibilities: * Overhauling, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing chemical plant production equipment, which includes but is not limited to turbines, fans, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, and conveyors * Proficient with using dial indicator and laser alignment * Calculating dimensions and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments * Machining parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, shapers, or grinders * Measuring, examining, and testing completed units to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications, using precision instruments such as micrometers * Setting up, adjusting, and operating all the basic machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools to perform precision machining operations * Reviewing sample parts, blueprints, drawings, and engineering information to determine methods and sequences of operations needed to fabricate products, and determining product dimensions and tolerances * Selecting the appropriate tools, machines, and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work * Laying out, measuring, and marking metal stock to display placement of cuts * Maintain and PM machine tools in shop * Working a rotating shift in a 24/7, 365-day continuous operation when needed * Other work as needed Basic Qualifications: * High school diploma or GED * Licensed Journeyman-level Millwright / Machinist or successful completion of state certified apprenticeship program or equivalent relative craft * 5 years' experience in industrial machine Maintenance and repairs Additional Qualifications: * Successful candidate will be responsible for supplying their own tools starting first day on the job * Knowledge of mechanical fits and tolerances * Knowledge of tools and methods necessary to troubleshoot and maintain Industrial production equipment * Knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in working with High Speed Machinery * Knowledge of the principles of Mechanics * Knowledge of OSHA regulations and ability to comply with OSHA procedures * Ability to read and understand blueprints, control system drawings and repair manuals * Ability to perform basic math computations * Ability to communicate effectively * Ability to follow oral and written instructions The hourly rate for this position is $44.65

This role involves providing structural engineering support for all phases of capital projects at chemical plants: initial planning and scoping, detailed engineering and design, and construction. Duties and Responsibilities: Structural engineering and design for steel structures, equipment supports (pumps, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.), pipe supports, pipe racks, concrete foundations for tanks / equipment, equipment pads, analysis of existing structures and foundations, underground piping, etc. Developing conceptual layouts, preliminary designs, and material take-offs for estimating during project scoping Producing calculations, designs, specifications, scopes of work, engineering packages, sketches/drawings for procurement, bidding, and construction Reviewing and checking vendor drawings, and other disciplines' drawings for structural input Performing fieldwork to gather field data, check tie-ins, inspect / verify existing conditions, provide construction support, provide repair recommendations, etc. Providing assistance and direction to the design team to produce drawings suitable for bidding and construction purposes Reviewing fabrication drawings, requests for information (RFI), and other construction submittals for conformance with engineering drawings, requirements, and specifications Some travel (10%) to other AdvanSix sites in Alabama, Pennsylvania, and within Virginia may be necessary Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in civil/structural engineering Professional Engineer (P.E.)
