As the Dispatcher you will support the Dispatch Supervisor in achieving all fleet and dispatch office needs. Responsible for sure creating and managing routes, ensuring Drivers complete necessary paperwork, and promote safe driving habits. Required Education, Experience, Licenses & Technical Competencies Bachelor's degree in relevant field of engineering (i.e,: mechanical, electrical, fire protection or architectural) and 7 years of relevant experience, or 9 years of experience without degree required. Professional Engineering (PE) license may be counted toward 1 year of direct experience. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Advanced knowledge and proficiency in engineering design, A&E industry, codes, design guides and standards required, as well as a broad understanding of other engineering disciplines. Advanced proficiency in Revit and Bluebeam Revu required. Must demonstrate proficiency in all core competencies as described and characterized in the job description. Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred. Completion of FE exam, LEED and/or WELL accreditation preferred. High technical aptitude: ability to learn, understand and utilize various systems and processes. Comfortability with training others on systems and processes. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast-paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment Use scanners to find and put away tires and assist with inventory control You can expect to lift 50 pounds consistently throughout your shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds. When lifting commercial tires you will do team lifts or use mechanical equipment. When working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires you will need to be able to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds Some of our stock racks are 25 feet tall, so you must be comfortable working at those heights safely while operating equipment. Be on the move.
