Communication was okay but could have been better. At least I worked with you when you had a medical issue in the family and also were flexible on your vacation times.
Better steady communication from supervisor to employee. Better pay raises on a annual position, instead of whenever it feels convenient to the company. Employees should not have to beg for pay raises when employees with long term work ethics with the company are underpaid compared to new hired employees.
The only major preparation was just to be available for when the HR rep or recruiter would call for the interview.

Very impressed with the diverse demographics of the company, especially when they started a prism group for LGBTQ+ members. As an LGBTQ+ member myself, I have never had any issues within the company directly.
The personalities and proper work code ethics of other empboys that make it beneficial and friendly too come to work. The satisfaction of knowing that I'm doing something achievable, as long as I can also have the proper recognition from higher-ups.
I personally have a great direct superviser. You can't be the schedule considering you're in retail.
Sometimes the amount of time given based on work load is unrealistic. Hours are NOT reliable. Pay is below the median in my area. Health benefits are not great.

Pay associates what they are worth. Don't give everyone the same merit increase as this infuriating to associates. Reviews and merit increases should take place at the same time. Don't review/rate associates in Q1 but increase is received in Q4??? That's absurd.
My skill set is above those needed for my position. Therefore, no prep was needed.
I'm not sure how it compares to the industry average. I do know ,it's not enough.

Honestly, the relationships, respect and being part of the team from the stores I represent. I have developed fantastic working relationships from cashiers, maintenance, DM's, Regional VPs to the Store Management. I'm often included in their holiday parties and "special" meals.

I work with CDS, a sister company of advantage solutions. Advantage Sales & Marketing LLC (ASM) provides marketing services. The Company offers shopper marketing, retail merchandising, category management, headquarter interface, business process outsourcing, and product launches. ASM conducts its business throughout the United States.

Work for the same pay year after year. Even after 10 years of dedicated service, they do not appreciate good employees. They hire you with one set of rules and then change them so you have to quit. Changing a daytime job to an into the evening job is a big deal. Bad management and just bad to work for.

Being treated like a robot. Training they require you to take is making you to confirm in what they want. Not letting you be who you are. The sales training is decent. But the rest of it is nothing but what they want you to buy into. It’s crazy, thought this would be a great opportunity

My supervisor was unprofessional for working for the company for years as she claimed. Lots of talk and personality. She was dishonest. She deleted my time for the hours worked which lead me to resign. Also, the work done felt unnecessary. I was questioning the validity of the business.
