Your Job
As a Voice User Interface Designer, you will work on the re-engineering of IVR systems, transitioning from legacy platforms to cloud-based AI solutions. You'll design and implement conversational AI voice bots, contribute to call flow designs, and collaborate on the integration of technologies like Amazon Lex, Genesys, and Verint for enhanced work management and customer experience. This role will also involve participating in frequent team meetings to ensure alignment and proactive problem-solving.
The Work
Design and develop conversational AI voice bots for IVR systems using tools like Amazon Lex.
Re-engineer and modernize legacy IVR systems, transitioning them to cloud-based AI solutions.

- Car owners will be calling to determine what they should do for an issue with their car. The rep will advise them the process required to get a quote and next steps to determine if the repair will be covered.
Overall you will need to be using your mechanical knowledge to understand the issue with the automobile and then advise the dealership or customer what is approved, denied or what the next steps in the process of claim will be.
