Our partner is seeking direct hire permanent Field Service Technicans to travel regionally and support thier growth and expansion in the automotice and facilities tech space! This role will reqiure travel about 50 - 70% of the time (depending on the region)
These roles are based in major cities across the US and locations vary.
You will be responsible for troubleshooting, installation and repair of 12-volt electronic systems that focus around fleet and warehouse applications. Technicians may work on a variety of devices; ranging from GPS's, refrigeration monitors, and self-guiding systems, to tire inflation systems, speed governors, and secondary power connections.
Requirements to Apply:
Must have a minimum of one year 12-volt electronic, automotive, mechanical and/or technical work experience or related schooling, to include a basic understanding of installation services and basic troubleshooting skills.
Must have prior work experience troubleshooting mechanics and electrical systems.
Must be able to regularly travel for this position, including overnight or multi-night travel within an assigned or designated area.
Must possess a current and valid driver license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
Must have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and use of various Mobile Computing Device(s).
Must supply own tools
Must be able to work varied hours, including weekends and overtime to meet customer product availability timelines.

Our Client is in the process of upgrading Vistex (V/4 2023 V3) concurrently with its SAP S/4HANA go-live scheduled for mid-2026. Our client has the technical support and need a Business Analyst. This consultant will help with several testing and go-live readiness tasks, including scenario and script review, SIT and OQ/UAT testing execution, data migration management, and controlled document and training materials revisions, just to name a few.
This Business Process Experience team works with the business to understand their requirements and their value, assess and determine the priority of enhancements or defects, then provide information to the configuration team to make the necessary changes to the solution.
This is NOT a configuration or developer role. We are NOT looking for someone to provide a technical solution.
The consultant will need to:
- understand the business process
- gather requirements

This role involves monitoring ServiceNow queues, responding to incidents, reviewing network performance, and recommending improvements. The engineer will maintain and deploy network equipment (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Arista), update network diagrams, create knowledge base articles, and review firewall rules. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting, implementing network solutions, and collaborating with other IT teams to ensure optimal network performance and security.
- Work collaboratively in a highly matrixed organization with other IT teams (Development, Service Desk, Infrastructure, Applications) to support staff and remediate any issues that arise. Participate in internal IT projects internal within the department and contribute significantly to larger project teams. Obtain and maintain modern, industry-standard network engineering certifications as needed. - (20%)
- Maintain Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, Arista, and other manufactures' equipment across multiple geographies, facilities, and data centers. - (10%)
- Deploy new network solutions, decommission obsolete network devices, troubleshoot issues existing network issues, and support other IT groups with specific network related tasks. This includes helping to install new devices and implement mandated changes and guidelines. - (10%)
- Understand and update network diagrams using Microsoft Visio. - (5%)
- Resolve technical issues of moderate scope, apply security updates, assess network and device performance for purposes of satisfying internal and external audits. Provide general incident response for internal users and routine status reports and updates. - (15%)
- Respond to Level 2 support tickets and provide timely support to other IT groups. - (15%)
- Work with new hardware and software technologies and be able to understand and learn these technologies as needed or as directed by the manager. - (5%)
- Support and protect a mix of high-traffic cloud-based (IaaS), onsite and remote VPN infrastructures. Review and provide recommendations on design interaction diagrams, system functionality changes, packet modeling, data flow, and interface specifications. - (15%)
- Contribute to knowledge management standards and knowledgebase articles used to document current and future systems. - (5%)

-Exposure to multiple platforms (Cisco, Palo Alto, Arista, Citrix Netscaler, F5)
-Familiarity with ITIL or ServiceNow

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
