Job Responsibilities:
Provide full scope nurse-midwifery services including antepartum, intrapartum and postpartum care, as well as well woman care and family planning according to established protocols and per agreement with the collaborating physician.
Maintain a productivity level necessary to reach the mandated annual level of client encounters.

Qualifications:
Master of Science degree with completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program required.
Current state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required, Maryland preferred.
Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Current BLS certification or obtained prior to providing direct patient care is required.
3+ years' experience working in the women's health field.

* Perform both minor and major surgical procedures.
* Prevent, diagnose, and treat a full range of OB/GYN conditions.
* Provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to medical staff-including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants-ensuring adherence to proper procedures and protocols.
* Support enhancements of technology to drive higher quality and consumer experience while maintaining clinical quality.
* Conduct patient examinations, obtain medical histories, and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
* Participate actively in internal quality-improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive proactive improvements.
* Maternal-Fetal Medicine role is primarily outpatient, with some inpatient consultations.
* Work Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts, supported by a highly skilled clinical team.
* Manage high-volume ultrasound services, including interpreting fetal echocardiograms, first-trimester screenings, fetal anatomic surveys, and performing amniocentesis (CVS experience valued but not required).
* Antenatal assessment interpretation including NST, biophysical profile
Qualifications:
* Board certified in General Obstetrics and Gynecology
* Board Certified or Eligible in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
* Previous experience in a Maternal-Fetal Medicine role is preferred.
* Active Medical License in the State of Maryland/Virginia/DC is strongly preferred.
