Big Organization
Communication between different departments, some of the Administrative Staff
Having own work space.
Was able to get my foot in the door in a hospital setting.
I worked in the nutritional services department and therefore got free food.
Teamwork and very strong support teamwork whenever the patients' condition declining
Short staffing, The unit has issues with short-staffing to take care of critically ill patients. I want to move to the advanced nurse practitioner position.
My favorite is a perk but I still need benefit too.
The culture. The really worked to hire the best people that would fit into their company. The also provided a great Cafe and the ability to learn from your co-workers was amazing!
The pay was not great. But your working at a hospital that focus on poor people what do you expect.
Prayer time was interesting.
It had a really positive practice what you preach atmosphere And then it left the building almost the same time the leadership and name changed
I had awesome hours. 12 hour shifts.
I loved working there.
Three days on and 4 days off
