Olesea Azevedo is a Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer at Advent Health and is based in Altamonte Springs, Florida. She has worked as AVP Human Resources at Baptist Health South Florida, Vice President Human Resources at Florida Blue, and HR Director at Baptist Health South Florida. Olesea studied at Andrews University between 1997 and 2001, Harvard Business School until 2019, and Northern Illinois University between 2004 and 2006.

Trish Celano serves as System Chief Nursing Executive, Associate Chief Clinical Officer for AdventHealth, a national nonprofit healthcare system with 51 hospitals in 9 states. Her career has included leading AdventHealth for Children to earn the prestigious Magnet designation, serving as CNO for the flagship AdventHealth Orlando and as the Regional Chief Clinical Officer for the North Florida Region of our Central Florida Division.

Vickie White had a dream. When she grew up, she wanted to sing and dance at Disney World. She imagined performing for big crowds and singing her heart out. That is until she realized that she had no talent for dancing or singing. No, it turned out she was actually destined for a career in health care.

Now, Vickie brings meaningful stories to big audiences in a different way. As the Senior Vice President of Marketing and Innovation for AdventHealth, she is responsible for AdventHealth’s national brand strategy, as well as digital marketing, reputation management and creative design.

In addition, she provides executive direction for the organization’s innovation strategy, the heart of which is transforming the consumer’s healthcare experience. Her home base, the Design Center at AdventHealth, leads out on innovation projects that have ripple effects not only system-wide but also industry-wide.

Yes, Vickie White has learned that a career performing at Disney is not in her future. She has decided to leave that work to the other Ms. White. Snow White that is.
