Provides input to the CE Manager regarding new service opportunities within a location serviced by the Clinical Engineering Division.
Provides appropriate service cost history to the CE Manager with an emphasis on Contract Vs. Time and Material contrast for the continual reduction of service expense.
May also provide repair and maintenance of general biomedical equipment as secondary responsibility or as assigned.

As an IT Process Engineer, you will analyze, design, and optimize IT processes, driving efficiency, reducing waste, and improving the quality and speed of IT service delivery.
Every day you will map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, develop and implement new process models, document procedures, and monitor performance, collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders.
To be successful, you will possess strong analytical skills, experience with process mapping tools, a deep understanding of ITSM frameworks, and a proven ability to drive improvement.
Lead the design, development, and implementation of advanced processes, systems, and technologies to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
Conduct detailed process analysis, including process modeling, simulation, and optimization, to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with R&D teams to translate new product designs and concepts into scalable processes, ensuring reliability and cost-effectiveness.
Design quality assurance procedures for process validation, qualification, and optimization, adhering to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead cross-functional teams to execute process improvement projects, from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and project milestones.
Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, materials, and methodologies to enhance process capabilities, reduce cycle times, and improve product performance.

2. Prepares and serves food within guidelines of menu & dietary requirements using required kitchen utensils and equipment. Maintains knowledge of recipe ingredients to respond to food allergy questions or requests.
3. Follows organizational standards and guidelines for a high quality patient and customer experience. Ensures proper meal portioning and an aesthetically pleasing presentation.
4. May be responsible for one or more of the following:
- Cashiering
- Serving in the retail area
- Assembling, delivering and retrieving patient trays
- Performing cold food prep
- Performing utility assignments (e.g., dishwashing, washing pots & pans, maintaining equipment)
- Performing catering functions and or delivering/picking up catered food
- Supporting inventory maintenance duties

Job Description:
Analyzes medical record documentation for HCC accuracy, correct documentation, and educational opportunities. Provides education to physicians, advanced practice providers, and other key healthcare providers regarding the need for accurate, specific, and complete clinical documentation in the patient's medical record. Serves as a subject matter expert in clinical documentation and coding best practices for both internal and external partners. Participates actively in prospective program development, execution, and performance. Assists the Clinical Documentation Integrity team by making recommendations for process improvements to further enhance program coding goals and outcomes. Evaluates medical records to ensure Monitor, Evaluate, Assess, and Treat (M.E.A.T) criteria support the existence of submitted diagnosis codes. Collaborates with each operational team and their leadership in a matrix relationship. Provides direction and guidance to Risk Adjustment Coding Specialists and cross-functional team members within their respective clinics pertaining to Risk Adjustment. Maintains current knowledge of ICD-10-CM codes, CMS HCC Model and updates, CMS documentation requirements, and the Official Guidelines for Coding and Reporting, as well as state and federal regulations. Manages routine tasks and contributes to special project assignments to ensure ongoing compliance with federal and state privacy and data protection laws and regulations. Utilizes strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess, analyze, interpret, and report data, metrics, and trends. Other duties as assigned.
