The culture. The really worked to hire the best people that would fit into their company. The also provided a great Cafe and the ability to learn from your co-workers was amazing!

The pay was not great. But your working at a hospital that focus on poor people what do you expect.

Short staffing, The unit has issues with short-staffing to take care of critically ill patients. I want to move to the advanced nurse practitioner position.

My favorite is a perk but I still need benefit too.
