As a Radiologist you will:
• Be confident with all aspects of inpatient/emergency radiology, no mammography
• Provide radiology services shift coverage per contract requirements.
• AHC Imaging provides comprehensive radiological services for three acute care hospitals and a free-standing Emergency Center.
• Radiologist will read and interpret images for all AHC facilities and in accordance with the AHC Offer Letter and Employment Agreement.
Qualifications include:
• Board Certified, prefer Neuro, Body, or MSK Fellowship
• Valid Maryland license
• DEA
• CDS
Work Schedule:
Weekday evening shifts are from 2 pm -10 pm and weekend evening shifts are from 3 pm -10 pm, with the radiologists working 7 on / 7 off. Evening shifts are always staffed with at least two radiologists who split the volume, or by a remote imaging service. Teleradiology is utilized after 10 pm 365 days/yr. The case load for weekday evenings averages around 60-70 RVUs per shift, and weekend evenings are around 70-80 RVUs.
This position can be worked remotely, and a home workstation will be provided if applicant if in the local DMV area. If the applicant is willing to work onsite or partially onsite, it will be reflected with a higher salary
Pay Range:
$104,000.00 - $1,404,000.00

Primary Duties:
Work closely with Community Health Advocates at MedStar Good Samaritan Hospital to address social needs of Food Rx patients. On site Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday.

Primary Duties:
Documents and charges for patient care activities painting a clear picture of the patient's course of care under supervision of licensed occupational therapist according to the state's requirement. Documents ongoing communication with the occupational therapist.
Demonstrates effective time management and meets productivity expectations. Manage an accurate schedule. Demonstrates a professional commitment to provide frictionless patient access to care through flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and actions/behaviors that display empathy in our patient consumer driven environment
Arranges schedule for re-evaluations and discharge summaries to be done by an occupational therapist. Completes appropriate discharge planning, follow-up care, and determination of equipment needs in collaboration with supervising occupational therapist. Demonstrates initiative in contributing new ideas for patient treatment. Involves patient and family as appropriate in treatment and discharge planning through education and training.
Provides patient treatment services including review of pertinent history information, safely administering modalities, and providing interventions within the treatment plan's limits under supervision of licensed occupational therapist. Collaborates interventions with other team members toward an interdisciplinary approach where appropriate.
Recognizes and documents changes/response in patient's condition and contributes to modification of the treatment plan in collaboration with, and under the supervision of a licensed occupational therapist. Provides verbal/written reports as appropriate for patient progress conferences where applicable. Takes initiative in pursuing and directing continuing education for professional growth and competency for self and organization. Serves as a clinical instructor to assigned students as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Associate degree as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
Maryland, District of Columbia (DC), and/or Virginia licensure required as deemed necessary for your specific location(s).
BLS - Basic Life Support.
