Qualifications include:

* 2 years full time experience in Medical/Surgical or facility nursing within the past 5 years
* Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* Valid Driver's License with agency insurance requirements
Work Schedule:
* Monday - Friday
5 visits per day with on-call weekend rotation

Participates in multidisciplinary quality and service improvement teams. Performs other duties as assigned.
Participates in planning and implementation of celebrations and recognitions.
Proactively scans the environment literature etc. to identify opportunities for improvement to meet and/or maintain Magnet designation.
Responsible for budget preparation resource allocation and project management.
Selects trains orients and assigns department staff. Develops standards of performance evaluates performance and conducts performance management planning. Initiates or makes recommendations for personnel actions. Maintains ongoing communication with subordinates to review programs provide feedback discuss new development and exchange information.

Minimal Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
Master's degree in related field preferred
Experience
5-7 years Nursing experience with progressive leadership and new program development and management. required
Licenses and Certifications
RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure in the state of Maryland required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Excellent organization skills.

Pay Summary
Base Pay based on working experience as a nurse
Night differential (X 12 hours)
Float Pool Differential (X 12 hours)
Weekend Differential (X 12 hours)
Charge/Preceptor Pay (when working these shifts)

Full-Time Nights: 3x12-hour night shifts + every 3rd weekend
