Qualifications include:
* Graduate of an accredited nursing program
* Passing score on NCLEX
* Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
* 1 year of current experience as a L&D Registered Nurse is strongly preferred
* Current Maryland State nursing license
* Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
* ACLS, PALS, NRP as required by specialty area
* One year of current Labor & Delivery experience or related acute care experience strongly preferred
* C-EFM, NRP, and S.T.A.B.L.E. preferred
Work Schedule:
6:45pm - 7:15am, 36 hours per week

Determines and evaluates ostomy, skin and incontinent care products to be stocked for Hospital use.
Participates in research and other educational programs/projects relevant to the area of specialty and/or profession as requested.
Generates reports, patient records and course documentation according to departmental guidelines.
Maintains and develops knowledge base and skills in the area of wound, ostomy and continence therapy.
Maintains established departmental policies and procedures; attends required meetings and participates in committees as requested.
Develops strategies to market and maximize utilization of the Wound, Ostomy, Continence Nurse.

Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
