An advertising coordinator is responsible for the creation, delivery, and advertising of company products through various sources of media. Your job duties include presenting advertising goals, leading the marketing team to help strategize on how to achieve the goals based on clients' service requirements, maintaining and updating customer databases, and ensuring that customers are fully satisfied. Your duties also include attending client and creative team meetings and supporting them in meeting project deadlines, working together and interacting with creative heads in creating advertising campaigns, evaluating the performance of staff in the marketing place, and supervising all advertising-related activities.
You need a bachelor's degree in advertising, mass communication, media management, and two to four years of experience to be an advertising coordinator. For this position, you must be a quick learner and have the ability to manage time and resources well. You will earn an average annual salary of $42,352.
