The Role (What You'll Lead)
Own the R360 marketing strategy: Set the plan, align to company goals, prioritize ruthlessly, and report what's working (and what's not).
Campaigns that convert: Plan and run integrated campaigns across content, paid, email, and social. You'll build the funnel end-to-end-from awareness to demo requests.
Market intelligence: Drive research on trends, competitor moves, target segments, and new opportunities; turn insights into action.
Performance management: Define KPIs, instrument tracking, and optimize constantly (creative, channels, budget mix).
Cross-functional glue: Partner with Sales, Product/Web, and Client Services to keep messaging tight and handoffs clean.
Budget & ROI: Allocate spend for maximum impact, forecast accurately, and reallocate fast. Lead generation is the north star.
Brand stewardship: Keep our story sharp and consistent across web, decks, case studies, and the podcast.
Digital excellence: Oversee SEO, content, paid search/social, email, and marketing ops/automation with the different internal teams.
Partnerships: Manage and grow relationships with external platforms and vendors (e.g., BLDUP, media outlets, RealPage integrations).

What You Bring
4-5+ years in a multifamily marketing role.
A track record of building ROI-positive lead gen programs (paid + organic) and owning the number.

Purpose
The Brand Lead, US Marketing (HCP) will work with the Global Portfolio Strategy Head, to develop and implement Global and US prioritized tactics for both disease state and branded communications in support of Chiesi's HIDO franchise. This role is based in our office in Boston, MA.
Main Responsibilities
Brand leadership of Product:
Lead the end-to-end launch strategy, ensuring alignment with global and US cross-functional teams
Develop and execute a comprehensive launch roadmap, including pre-launch planning, go-to-market strategy, and post-launch optimization
Drive launch excellence by embedding best practices, KPIs, and agile feedback loops across all launch phases

Compensation
The annual base pay for this position ranges from $190,000 to $215,000. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. What You'll Do
Marketing Technology Strategy & Management
Own the strategy, optimization, and management of the marketing technology stack: 6sense, HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, and Salesloft.
Drive utilization, integration, and alignment of tools to support marketing and sales workflows.
Oversee marketing system execution, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and best practices in lead management, lead scoring, routing, and funnel design.
Define, maintain, and continuously improve the marketing funnel framework and lifecycle stage definitions.
Educate and train the marketing team on tool adoption and data-driven workflows to maximize value from the tech stack.
Reporting, Analytics & Insights
Develop and maintain advanced marketing performance reporting dashboards across campaigns, pipeline, and revenue contribution.
Own forecasting and planning models to support marketing leadership in setting and tracking goals.
Deliver campaign performance analysis, pipeline reporting, and attribution modeling to evaluate marketing impact.
Support financial reporting, including ROI, CAC, and LTV analysis.
Provide data-driven insights and actionable recommendations to marketing leaders and stakeholders for weekly, monthly, quarterly, and board-level reviews.
AI Enablement & Innovation
Champion and operationalize AI tools and automation across the revenue marketing organization.
Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI for efficiency, analytics, and performance improvement.
Enable, educate, and train the marketing team on practical AI use cases within workflows.
Collaboration & Governance
Partner closely with RevOps and Data & Analytics to ensure alignment across systems, data integrity, and unified reporting.

What You Bring
Required
3+ years of experience in marketing systems, operations, or analytics roles with direct ownership of MarTech strategy and reporting.
