Collect all earnest money and turn it in to the Corporate Office.
Ensure that the future homeowner has called for an appointment with their lender within 48 hours after signing the Purchase Agreement.
Monitor the loan approval and construction process for all homeowners and provide assistance, when appropriate.
Return all guest phone calls or other forms of inquiry within four hours.
