What we're looking for...
You'll need to have:
High school diploma or GED.
One or more years of work experience.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (you'll know your schedule four weeks in advance).
Openness to pick up additional shifts and earn more income, typically during the summer months, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.

As a comfort advisor your primary responsibility will be to offer our products and services to residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
* Conduct in-home consultations with potential customers in order to showcase our products and services.
* Create customized solutions that meet the needs of each individual customer.
* Present options to customers on site using our state-of-the-art software.
* Own the sale from start to finish, be a point of contact for the customer throughout their project and follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and to generate referrals.
* Maintain extensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.
* Participate in weekly sales training with the rest of the team to continue growing your skillset.
Requirements
* Previous sales experience is required, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
