Serves as a point of contact for personal injury law firms, chiropractors, and other strategic partners, providing timely updates and support. Collaborates and communicates with the Personal Injury Scheduling Department as well as PI Attorney's to provide solutions and needed feedback to assigned referral sources. Collaborates with the Regional Marketing Director to ensure alignment with marketing and organizational goals. Performs administrative/clerical duties. Maintains an accurate record of referral interactions and activities in the CRM system to track growth and engagement. Responsible for organizing events, meetings, and presentations with referral partners. Gathers feedback and insights from referral sources to identify potential opportunities for improvement and growth and reports the feedback to the Regional Marketing Director Seeks new business development opportunities by engaging with potential prospects at PI industry events, conferences, and more.
