The Oncology Sales Specialist (OSS) is a Field Based role reporting to a District Manager. As the OSS you will:
Fulfill sales strategies by selling current and potential new oncology therapeutics.

Pay range: $50,000 - $75,000/year.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities
You will:
Perform cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Contact customer leads through cold calling
Achieve or exceed sales targets and budget
Increase sales within existing accounts by introducing new items
Connect with lost accounts and re-establish relationships
Input sales orders
Collaborate with the sales manager to solve customer problems and needs
Attend sales and other meetings
Participate in all company spiffs and promotions

Qualifications
You have:
A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3+ years experience in sales, preferably in Foodservice, Jan/San, or Packaging
Outstanding selling, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Excel

What is a Salesperson?
Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieve our sales and service objectives. The role has good knowledge of store systems, basic automotive system knowledge and basic part knowledge. The role has the basic ability to source from stores, hubs, pdq, and external suppliers. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and maintenance processes. Position can be part time or full time. Fleet safety certification preferred.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
Achieve personal sales goal and help store achieve its sales goals
Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
Maintain store product and operational standards
Responsible for inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, Back stock, etc.
Secondary Responsibilities
Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
General stocking including truck stocking and back stock
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed

Compensation Range
The good faith estimate for this role is between 15.00 USD and 15.41 USD per hour for a new team member.
The rate offered depends on a number of factors, including geographic location, experience in retail, automotive knowledge, education, leadership roles, and other skillsets ideal for this position and shift differential (if applicable).
