Set up an exciting environment for the client, complete with therapy materials. Attend team meetings to track progress and discuss treatment plans. Utilize data collection tools to measure progress. Collaborate with the BCBA to adjust treatment strategies. Provide support and guidance to the client's family. Document session notes and complete required paperwork. Ensure a clean and organized therapy environment Required SkillsTo make a difference, you need: A Bachelor of ARTS or Science degree, along with: Twelve semester units in applied behavior analysis and one year of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services; or Two years of experience in designing and/or implementing behavior modification intervention services. RBT or BCAT certification to kickstart your career in ABA. Familiarity with Central Reach is a plus. Reliable transportation for a smooth commute.
