Mobile Crisis Response at CSS is implemented utilizing a Team Approach, consisting of a team of two (2) Professionals who are a part of a integral Clinical team consisting of a Clinical Supervisor dedicated to their team, as well as Clinical Manager, and Clinical Director.
Supervision for Mobile Crisis Response Teams at CSS are done in "Real Time", and during the implementation of services weekly. This can be up to 6 Supervisions weekly between you and your QMHP teammate.
Clinical MCR teams at CSS cannot consists of teams where both individuals are QMHP-Trainees.
In addition to direct client care, Mobile Crisis Counselors are responsible for coordinating services according to clients treatment plans, facilitating, engaging families in crisis intervention and stabilization services to provide complete wrap-around services, and facilitating admissions and discharge preparation from the program. Experience providing Emergency Services, MCR, or Community Crisis Stabilization services and/or knowledge of community mental health services and resources are preferred for this position.
Coordinate the development and timely submission of Individualized Service Plans and all other required program documentation
Maintain and ensure compliance with DBHDS and Medicaid standard
Ensure all Serious Incident Reports are completed within 24-hours

Working within a team of Helpline Workers, this role will support those experiencing mental health concerns and challenges. The purpose of this role is to provide support and signposting of mental health services, in a professional, calm and empathetic manner. Providing exceptional level of service-to-service users across multiple sectors including but not limited to charity, government and third sector.
1. Manage inbound enquires from Service Users effectively, working to ensure that service users are appropriately supported, ensuring the helplines successful operation.
2. Listen patiently and acting with empathy to deliver the best possible and appropriate outcomes for Service Users.
3. Provide a telephone and multi-channel support service with integrity, professionalism whilst adhering to relevant process, procedures, and legislation.
4. Comply with the expectations of the client processes and data protection regulations.
5. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are achieved, escalation of risk for non-achievement of SLA's.
6. Collaborate with manager and colleagues to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction, being a champion of excellent customer service.
7. Ensure continuous service improvement; initiating and responding to change in timely and positive manner.
8. Maintaining accurate records via the Customer Records Management (CRM) system through accurate data input. Keeping data integrity as a core priority.

Qualifications & Experience
Previous experience working within a busy contract centre environment, providing telephone, online, email and live chat support.
12 months proven experience supporting multiple individuals/service users with mental health concerns and challenges.
Previous experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting, ideally with crisis service experience.
Researching, collecting, and recording data evidence.

IT literate with full working knowledge of MS Office Suite and use of windows-based databases.
A good listener with strong communication and interpersonal skills to enable communication across a diverse range of service users.

The City of Richmond Department of Justice Services is seeking highly qualified candidates for the position of Protective Services Counselor. The incumbent will work in the Adult Home Electronic Monitoring Unit and is responsible for providing monitoring of all court-ordered movements. This class provides case management and collaboration with justice partners. Work includes utilization of GPS technology; regularly communicating with program participants; writing compliance/non-compliance letters; testifying in court; conducting home verifications; problem-solving technical and equipment issues; and serving as the point of contact for assigned program participants. About the Opportunity
As a Behavior Specialist at CSD, you'll play a key role in supporting children with autism. Using strategies backed by science (called Applied Behavior Analysis, or ABA), you'll help kids build important life skills-like communication, social interaction, and daily routines-in their homes, at our centers, or in community settings.
You'll follow a personalized plan created by our clinical team and bring energy, compassion, and structure to each session. Whether you're playing games, guiding through tasks, or celebrating a small win, your support helps children grow in big ways.

Duties & Responsibilities
* Conducts 100% of scheduled sessions, unless time-off has been granted or the parents of the client have communicated to the clinical team that they would not like for the hours to be provided.
* Primarily responsible for conducting subbing sessions for other clients to sustain the productivity margin if a session is cancelled by the family. Subbing sessions will fall on Saturdays and within the employee's availability.
* Additional hours or sessions may be assigned by the Regional leadership within employee's availability.
* Implements individualized treatment goals and Behavioral Intervention Plans in response to the direction provided by the Clinical Director and Senior Clinical Leader/Clinical Leader and/or other clinical staff in order to improve the behavior and skill acquisition of clients diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
* Travels to Center, Home, and other community settings to deliver services.
* Subbing sessions will primarily take place in the regional centers
* Renders completed sessions daily and writes thorough notes
* Communicates schedule changes and cancellations to clinical team immediately.
* Participates in regular meetings and promptly communicates with Clinical Leaders/Clinical Directors via email and phone, regarding Treatment Plans and Behavioral Intervention Plans, family concerns and questions.
* Fulfills the timely completion of necessary clinical documentation and communication of:
* Daily Treatment Session Notes
* Daily Treatment Target Data
* Daily (If applicable) Behavior Data.
* Keeps updated with other site-related documents and current clinical reports for each child served.
* Remains current regarding new research, current trends and developments in special education and related fields.
* Attends staff meetings, in-services, trainings, and other meetings as requested.
