Description
As a member of Apple's commercial litigation team, you will not be merely monitoring outside counsel. Rather, you will personally be formulating and driving strategy as well as working with a number of cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across all product areas. The position requires a high degree of self‑sufficiency, independent judgment, and a trial‑focused approach. Travel is anticipated. You will operate as part of a supportive and fun team of lawyers, legal specialists, and support staff who work closely together to protect Apple's interests.
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of major law firm and/or in‑house litigation experience, including experience with competition‑related litigation, subpoenas, and other investigations.
JD or equivalent and admission to at least one US state bar.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong technology interest and aptitude.
Trial experience and experience beyond competition related litigation.
Excellent communication, analytical, organization, and negotiation skills are essential.
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $200,700 and $301,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Assist with high value hardware sales and public sector sales.
Lead legal support for procurement software transactions, including vendor agreements, SaaS contracts, and integration terms.
Collaborate with sales, product, and engineering teams to align deal terms with business and technical requirements.
Advise on legal risks and mitigation strategies across cloud and procurement engagements.
Support internal stakeholders on contract lifecycle management and compliance processes.
Help develop and refine playbooks, templates, and negotiation strategies for scalable deal execution.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends relevant to cloud and procurement contracting.
Skills & Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in commercial transactions in technology or enterprise software.
A mix of law firm and in-house experience preferred.
Strong experience negotiating complex SaaS, licensing, and vendor agreements.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and AI inference concepts is highly beneficial.
Solid understanding of AI technology deal structures and commercial dynamics.
Experience with procurement transactions, including vendor and integration agreements.
Business acumen and critical thinking with the ability to think on one's feet and interact confidently with clients.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to quickly learn other practice areas, and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
Can-do attitude and strong work ethic; no task is beneath you and no problem is unsolvable.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and bar admission required.
The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $230,000 annually. Actual compensation may include bonus and equity, and will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a supportive and collaborative team serving students in the Millbrae, CA area for the upcoming school year.
BCBA Position Details:
Location: Millbrae, CA
Schedule: Full time
Duration: Entire school year
Compensation: $50-$60 per hour, based on experience and skill set
BCBA Key Responsibilities:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop data-driven, individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) in alignment with student IEPs
Provide on-site and/or classroom-based coaching and training to school staff and behavior support personnel (e.g., Behavior Technicians, Paraeducators, Teachers)
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary IEP teams, including special education teachers, school psychologists, and related service providers
Supervise and support RBTs and Behavior Interventionists, ensuring fidelity of implementation and professional growth
Monitor student progress through data collection, analysis, and ongoing plan revisions as needed
Attend IEP meetings to present behavioral data, collaborate on goals, and recommend services
Provide crisis support and consult on classroom behavior management strategies
Support classroom teachers with implementing behavior strategies school-wide or within specialized settings (SDC, inclusion, etc.)
Facilitate and/or participate in behavior review meetings and parent consultations as needed
Ensure compliance with state and federal education guidelines, documentation standards, and ethical practices as outlined by the BACB
BCBA Requirements:
Current BCBA certification in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or related field
Previous school-based experience working with diverse student populations, including students with autism, emotional disturbance, and other developmental disabilities
Strong understanding of IDEA, FAPE, and IEP implementation in public school settings
Ability to travel between school sites within the district as needed
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
Must meet all background and credentialing requirements as set by the district
