The Auto Club Group is seeking a Field Life Agent who will customarily and regularly be engaged in outside sales activities away from their assigned AAA branch. You will be challenged to drive new business with competitive products and help retain The Auto Club Groups 14+ million members.
* Solicit and sell Life & Health insurance and Annuity products under minimal supervision primarily within ACG branch location.
* Thorough knowledge of various product features and marketing and sales techniques, achieve established sales goals.

Overview
Under general direction, is responsible for professional correctional counseling work of average difficulty and related work as required. This class is flexibly staffed with and differs from the Correctional Counselor 1 in that an incumbent of the latter performs entry-level work. This class differs from the Correctional Counselor 3 in that an incumbent of the latter is responsible for leading and supervising others in counseling work.
Responsibilities
1. Calculates sentencing information to determine accuracy of an offenders sentence computation.
2. Verifies that offender sentencing complies with judgment order.
3. Completes classification/reclassification and/or risk-needs assessments for offenders.
4. Prepares reports on offender history, progress, adjustment, rule violations, visitation, recommendations for special visits, and other related statistics.
5. Evaluates all offender records, case notes, and information to ensure compliance with all applicable standards, laws, policies, rules, and regulations while under the guidance of a higher ranking Correctional Counselor.
6. Conducts and/or monitors Prison Rape Elimination Act screenings to determine potential victim or aggressor status.
7. Monitors environment to identify security related concerns in order to assure continued safety of facility.

Crisis Intervention and Support
Respond to 988 telephone interactions in Spanish in a timely, compassionate, and culturally sensitive manner

Provide referrals to appropriate community resources as needed
Follow all clinical and operational protocols, including making outbound calls to high-risk visitors and conducting independent follow-ups

Student Support Services/Guidance Counselor

GCS is currently accepting applications for a School Guidance Counselor at Nexus STEM Academy Middle School.
Qualifications:
• 1+ years of effective counseling experience preferred
• Must hold a current TN Counselor's License
• Bachelor's Degree required, Masters Preferred
• Belief that all students can learn at high academic levels
• Strong knowledge of academic and behavior interventions
Responsibilities:
• Implement the elementary guidance curriculum;
• Guide individuals and groups of students through the development of educational, personal, social and career plans;
• Counsel individuals and small groups of children toward social and emotional growth;
• Consult with and train teachers, parents and staff regarding children's needs;
• Refer children with problems and their parents to special programs, specialists and outside agencies;
• Participate in, coordinate and conduct activities that contribute to the effective operation of the counseling program and school;
• Participate in and facilitate the intervention team process;
• Plan and evaluate the counseling program;
• Pursue continuous professional growth;
• Other job duties as assigned.
